The spicy vegetable soup is ideal for winter but also when you need something quick and healthy while using all your leftover ingredients from your fridge!
I've used a variety of vegetables, but you can choose to use the ones you like or whatever you have on hand. Let me know how you liked it! Enjoy!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Spices to taste
- Pepper
- Sesame oil (optional)
- Salt
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Cayenne pepper
- Crushed chili flakes
Vegetables
- Frozen or Fresh vegetables t

o taste
- Corn
- Peas
- Cabbage
- Celery
- Onion
- Garlic
- Vegetable bouillon
Other ingredient
- Chicken noodle soup (1 Lipton pack)
-About a litre of water
STEPS
All you need to do is :
1- Add water to a pot
2 - If you use frozen vegetable like peas and corn, add them to the water with your celeries
3- Let it all boil while you cut your onion and garlic
4- Then add your other vegetable into the boiling water
5- Season everything to your taste
6- Let everything simmer for roughly 7-10 minutes
7- Finally add your Lipton bouillon.
I personally only add half the pack of Lipton, since I don't like too much noodles especially because I add a lot of vegetables. But you do as you please, and if you add the entire pack of Lipton noodle soup, make sure you adjust the amount of water as well, the noodles will suck up all you soup.
